1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using WeftX (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. WeftX Inc. ("we," "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without notice.

2. Description of Service

WeftX is a data intelligence platform that connects advertising data (e.g., Meta, Google) with inventory and financial data (e.g., Shopify, Stripe) to provide analytics and automated management of ad campaigns.

Note: The Service is currently in a "Beta" or "MVP" phase. Features may change, break, or be removed without warning.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Automated Actions & Financial Risk

The Service includes features that can automatically adjust advertising budgets, pause campaigns, or modify bids based on rules you configure. By enabling these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You retain full responsibility for your advertising spend and budget limits on third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google).
  • WeftX is not responsible for any overspending, lost revenue, or unintended ad pauses caused by software errors, API failures, or misconfiguration.
  • We strongly recommend setting hard budget caps directly within your ad platforms as a failsafe.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeftX Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WeftX Inc. and its licensors. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
