This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit weftx.com or use our application (the "Service") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

2. Data We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service, including:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and business details provided during signup.
  • Integration Data: Data from third-party platforms you explicitly connect (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Usage Data: Information on how you access and use the Service (browser type, time spent, pages visited).

3. Meta (Facebook) Platform Data

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, when you connect your Meta Ad Account to WeftX, we access specific data to provide our optimization services.

A. Data Requested

  • Ads Management (`ads_management`): To read ad performance and automate bid/budget adjustments based on your configured rules.
  • Ads Read (`ads_read`): To analyze historical performance data for reporting.
  • Business Management (`business_management`): To identify ad accounts associated with your business.

B. Limited Use

We do not use Meta Platform Data for any purpose other than providing the WeftX analytics and automation services. We do not transfer, sell, or use this data for serving ads, retargeting, or building user profiles outside the scope of your WeftX dashboard.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:

  • To present our Service and its contents to you.
  • To provide cross-channel analytics (merging ad spend with inventory data).
  • To execute automated actions you have configured (e.g., pausing ads when inventory is low).
  • To notify you about changes to our Service or products.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Instructions

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. In compliance with Meta's Platform Data Policy and GDPR/CCPA regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time through the following methods:

Option 1: Removal via Facebook Settings

You can remove our access directly through Facebook at any time:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
  3. Search for WeftX in the list of active apps.
  4. Click Remove. This action sends a request to our system to delete your associated data.

Option 2: Manual Request via Email

You may also email us at weftxio@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will acknowledge your request and complete the deletion process within 7 business days.
